FAQ's
1 - How much is shipping?
A: Shipping in the continental US is free, you can find out the exact shipping for your area by placing your item in the cart and then going to the cart and clicking on the link that says "taxes and shipping calculated at checkout." This will allow you to put in your information to see the shipping cost and you can do this prior to purchase. Please note this option will only appear if you have an item in the cart.
2 - When will my items ship?
A: Most items ship in 2-3 business days. If you pay for expedited shipping they will ship within the expedited window. Please allow 24/48 hours for your order tracking information to update once you have placed your order. Unfortunately the carriers control this and we can't make it happen any faster.
3 - Where is sizing information?
A: Each of our items should have a sizing chart as the last image in the carousel. Please use the chart in each image for best fit. If your product doesn't have a sizing chart please e-mail customerservice@pjammy.com and a chart for that product will be sent to you.
4 - How do I process a return or exchange?
A: Please see our "Returns & Exchanges" information at the bottom of our homepage.
5 - Can I change an address on my order?
A: Unfortunately no, once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes. This helps keep customers information safe and secure. If you have a concern we recommend contacting the carrier once you have your tracking information.
6 - Can I cancel my order?
A: We can't cancel any orders once they have shipped. If you need to cancel an order please contact customerservice@pjammy.com and if the order hasn't shipped we will do what we can to help you.
7 - What if I don't see the Brand or product I want?
A: It is important to us that we carry the fandoms you want. If you don't see the license or product you are looking for please e-mail us at customerservice@pjammy.com with the subject "license idea" and let us know what you are looking for, a lot of our product ideas come directly from our valued customers.
